At PERGOLUX, we want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor living space; if your pergola or accessory doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare for Pickup

  Ensure all components are securely repacked in their original crates or packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Scheduled Collection

  Our logistics partner will contact you to schedule a convenient time for the curbside pickup of your PERGOLUX items.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, minus applicable shipping fees.
